Jess’s experience with personal injury cases spans more than 25 years. He has served as partner and general counsel to several Phoenix metro area firms. Presently partner in the larger firm, Lorona Steiner Ducar Coughlin & Horowitz, PLLC, Jess and his team handle personal injury cases and other areas of practice.
Jess is an attorney licensed to practice in all Arizona courts, including federal courts in the District of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.
